The Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club's Fairview Dining Room, a Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond restaurant, is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our dedicated, professional, award-winning culinary team. Applicants must be available to work 2:30PM - Midnight any of the 7 days each week, as well as holidays.
As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of the customer's dining experience by producing dishes to be served for dinner in the restaurant. We create Haute Cuisine from scratch utilizing the freshest NC ingredients with seasonal inspiration. You will be part of a Culinary team responsible for delivering quality and consistency while exercising creativity through outlets such as the amuse bouche, daily specials, and unique soups. Our kitchen is high-volume and fast-paced; if you do well in this type of setting then we are looking for you.
We are looking for an experienced individual who has at least two years of quality kitchen experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Culinary degree and sanitation certificate is a plus!
